Loft Conversions General Guidelines

General guidelines are as follows:

  • No extension should be higher than the highest part of the roof.
  • No extension to the existing front roof slope.
  • Materials should be similar in appearance to the existing house.
  • Side-facing windows should be obscure-glazed.
